I LOVE the breakfast at Big City Diner Waipio.I LOVE the garlic fries meatloaf brown rice Kim chee fried rice a lil heavy salmon salad pololo burger and the French toast sandwich breakfast platter They are friendly fast and the chef knows how to make an egg My main thing are eggs because I love them dearly like he makes the best poach egg and best over easy eggs and egg whites are all delicioso And the coconut frosting for haupia pancakes off the charts da best I could eat that coconut syrup which looks totally different then everyone else because it's made with LOVE which makes the food taste extra good My only problem is they don't open til 10am weekdays and we have to support our local businesses Much Love to The Chef making breakfast and everything else delicious Yummy in My Tummy!
I will definitely go back. This seems like a place that gets common casual dining staples right. Not it the mood for something super fancy? Like moderate noise and a comfortable environment? This place is probably where you want to be. The host was very kind. I was greeted and seated almost right away. The tap to pay machine was down. If fact, both tap to pay machines were down..... so take a card or cash. I ordered "to-go" Chili Cheese beef dogs! They were very tasty. I was glad they just put the cheese chili in a bowl.
We never like cook tonight so we decided to come here for early dinner. The wife had the kalbi breakfast plate n I had the chili nachos. We shared n we liked it all. Great taste n flavor to the kalbi n the nachos tasted good too. Dessert we had the brownies sundae. That was awesome. The place is very clean inside n out n love of parking as well. Staff is awesome n very polite. Our server Clyde is the best . Super friendly with great customer service too. Always checking to see if we were good. He's the man n always on top of his game. Keep up the great work n food service. We will be back again n again n again
